How does billing work?+
Each plan includes monthly minutes. Calls are billed per started minute, and anything over your included minutes is paid from a prepaid wallet at your plan's rate.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. New workspaces get 7 days and 30 free minutes. No credit card needed.
Do unused minutes roll over?+
Included minutes reset every month. Wallet credit doesn't expire while your account is active.
Can I upgrade or cancel?+
Upgrade any time from the billing section. Plans are paid per period and simply end if you don't renew — there's no lock-in.
How can I pay?+
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay, with a receipt for every transaction.
