Is DigiGini Wauto really free?+
Yes! The Starter plan is free forever for up to 500 messages a month. No credit card required. Upgrade to Growth or Enterprise for higher volume.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account?+
No. Wauto handles the WhatsApp Business API setup and template approvals for you — just connect your business number.
Will my customers get spammed?+
No. Wauto only sends to customers who've opted in, uses Meta-approved templates, and includes opt-out management built in.
Does it work with DigiGini Bookz and LeadFlow?+
Yes. Bookz invoices are shared automatically over WhatsApp, and every inbound chat can be captured as a lead in LeadFlow.
How fast do template messages get approved?+
Most standard templates (order updates, reminders, offers) are approved by Meta within a few hours using our pre-vetted template library.
